Return & Refund Policy

At Kivashi Foods, we take pride in delivering high-quality homemade products. Due to the perishable nature of our pickles, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns may be considered only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a wrong item
• The product was spoiled or leaking at the time of delivery

To request a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or videos).

2. Refunds

If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued:

• To the original payment method (for prepaid orders)
• As store credit or replacement (depending on the case)

3. Replacement

Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement in case of:

• Damaged or defective product
• Incorrect item delivered

Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products returned without proof
• Orders where incorrect address was provided
• Delay in delivery due to courier issues beyond our control

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
